Distance Selling Contract
ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES OF THE AGREEMENT

BUYER: Customer
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this contract is the determination of the Buyer’s rights and obligations on the website of wpzone.com with the qualifications specified in the contract and the sale / delivery of the goods / services, the sale price. It is also stated in the contract. It is the contract in which the buyer is informed about all the preliminary information about the basic qualities of the goods / services subject to sale, the sale price, the form of payment, the conditions of delivery, the goods / services subject to the sale. orders this information electronically and then goods / services. hereby accepts and declares with this document.
ARTICLE 3 – GOODS / SERVICE DELIVERY METHOD
The product purchased by the Buyer is delivered online by the Seller. If necessary, a one-time customer may request a copy of the product.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY TIME OF GOODS / SERVICE
The product purchased by the Buyer is delivered by the Seller within 48 hours at the latest. Otherwise, the Buyer has the right to request cancellation and refund of the order.
ARTICLE 5 – TERMS OF USE OF THE BUYER
a- The buyer can use the wordpress themes he bought in unlimited domain address.
b- The buyer can use the DigitalOcean balance code that he / she has purchased once in the unused account for the promotion, balance or reference code.
ARTICLE 6 – FUNDAMENTALS OF INSTALLATION SERVICE
The buyer can install the purchased wordpress themes and request installation service at an additional cost if requested, then installation and delivery is made.
The buyer is responsible for loading the DigitalOcean balance code that he has purchased into his account. WPZON DigitalOcean does not provide technical support services.
ARTICLE 7 – TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE
a- For WordPress Themes;
Although the Seller provides technical support for the product purchased by the Buyer free of charge, technical support is limited to the product purchased. Technical support service is not provided in cases that are not caused by the product. Related technical support service is provided only through e-mail, skype and site.
b- For DigitalOcean;
The seller does not provide DigitalOcean technical support service, it only sells DigitalOcean coupon code. The seller has no connection with DigitalOcean. Codes are provided by law through GitHub.
ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCT RETURN
a-Because the buyer receives the products electronically, return is not possible if there is no defect on the product side. In case of a defect not found at the DEMO address shown on the product side (there is no slowness of the site among these defects, the speed may vary according to the hosting companies), the seller must resolve the problem or cancel the order and provide the refund.
b-The balance cannot be refunded in any way, if the promotional codes are for single use, if the DigitalOcean balance code is used.
